No, we don’t use templates. Each program is lovingly created from scratch, starting with
one of our original designs and then carefully personalized by a professional designer. We take the time to craft something truly unique — a beautiful and meaningful reflection of your loved one’s life and memory.
Simply provide us with your loved one’s details, photos, and any special requests. Our designer will create a draft and send it for your review. We offer revisions to ensure the final product perfectly honors your loved one.
We provide high-resolution, print-ready PDF files. Digital versions suitable for online sharing can also be arranged upon request.
Typically, the first draft is ready within 1–2 business days after we receive all the necessary
information. We also offer 24-hour rush service and even same-day delivery when needed. Final
